工作内容：
- 审核发票，报销单据
- 管理公司银行支付，保证记账准确
- 公司之前收支平衡管理
- 负责公司每月银行对账和平衡表
- 负责公司的预提，预付，其他应收，和长期押金管理
- 备用金管理
- 公司应付账户的管理
- 负责公司银行网银管理
- 负责公司ERP录入
- 负责税务款项支出
- 负责固定资产管理
- 负责外汇收入结汇
- 负责其它财务经理分配的任务
岗位要求：
- 本科毕业，财务专业
- 两年以上出纳工作经验
- 基本英文读写
Responsibilities:
- Apply invoice, prepare and reimbursement details for Cashier.
- In charge of company transaction and make sure the accuracy of booking.
- Arrange the company netting between entities.
- Prepare monthly company statement and perform company reconciliation.
- Prepare the account break down for accrual; prepay; other receivable; long term deposit.
- Cash advance management.
- Prepare PBC for accounts payable part for external audit.
- Managing of banking software, analyzing relevant suspense accounts.
- Managing of ERP software, analyzing relevant suspense accounts.
- Prepare and arrange the tax payment.
- Fixed Assets management
- Foreign currency income settlement
- Other tasks assigned by the Account Manager or Controller.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, accounting major
- At least two years' cashier working experience
- English basic reading, speaking
