Main duties/Responsibilities
Member booklet creation and maintaining
Build up and implement workflow for member booklet creation.
Create and design member booklet for new products.
Amend existing member booklets for tailor-made plans.
Working with cross-functional teams to finalize and sign off member booklets.
Marketing material design
Build up and implement workflow for marketing material creation.
Support marketing team to design marketing materials including product brochure, flyer, backdrop, ad, banner, etc.
Support other functions for designing requests.
Experience Required
Culturally, the individual must be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Bachelor degree and above
3+ years designing experience, experience in insurance industry is a plus
Skills
Expertise in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Demonstrated solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel and MS Outlook. PowerPoint etc.
English and Mandarin fluency - spoken, written, reading
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements;
Responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and energetic;
High degree of work ethics and integrity.
