MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Invoice List Support

• VAT invoice list export, checking and issuing basis on customer and accounting requirement.
• VAT invoice list delivery related docs preparation basis on customer request.
• VAT invoice list delivery tracking number maintenance.
• Monthly tax checking report maintenance and make sure 100% correct VAT invoice list issuing.
• Provide quality service to sales team for invoice list checking
• Co-work with accounting team for correct SAP invoice list number maintenance.
• Support to post the invoice list return per accounting requirement.
• VAT invoice list ordering via the tax bureau basis on the consumption volume.

Customer Master Data Support

• Customer new account creation and change
• SAP customer master data maintenance to ensure the 100% accuracy

Customer Service Public Email/Inbound Call Support

• Daily customer service public email and inbound call pick up and timely response

Other task assigned by the line manager

QUALIFICATIONS

College degree, 1 – 2 years of customer service or accounting experience

Accounting solid knowledge will be a plus 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Good customer service, analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, tax related applications
• Self motivated and demonstrates initiative and result oriented
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin & English (Verbal and Written)
