Our application software is based on Qt framework and is written using C++ language. There are interfaces to opengl and opencv. The core features are related to image analysis. So far we have a single platform version for Windows desktop although Linux and MacOS targets are to be considered due to Qt multi-platform facilities.

    

    

The base set of features was implemented on the first release of the software and now the second release is about to be developed. This will include an improved user interface and a dedicated UI Designer is joining effort. Also new features for image analysis are planned to be integrated in the future.

    

    

All these demand especial attention to the testability of the software and a modern software testing approach is about to be considered to go beyond black box testing, for these we are looking for a software engineer to play a major role on the test team.

    

    

A candidate for this job might be well qualified if he/she have experience with:

    

    

- Development of Qt applications using C++ 

    

- Unit Testing and Test Driven Development (i.e. frameworks like Qt Test, Google Test)

    

- Bug tracking and test management tools (i.e. Mantis, Testlink)

    

- Automated testing (i.e. Jenkins)

    

    

Additional non mandatory qualifications:

    

    

- Linux

    

- Knowledge on eblot related software
