Key Responsibilities:

With the guidance from Legal Counsel and Legal Managers, to prepare legal documentation (including MOU, Meeting Minutes, agreements, reports, petitions and applications);
To assist Legal Managers in contracts review;
Legal translation;
To assist in implementing legal policies (such as policies relating to contract review, non-employee sales representatives, distributors, improper payment, trade association and export control, among others);
To assist in legal research and interpretation on relevant laws, rules and regulations;
To track the latest development of laws and regulations that may have impact on business covered;
To assist in compliance related initiatives and regular reporting (including compliance policy implementation and other compliance related legal advices);
All other matters that may be instructed by Legal Counsel and/or Legal Managers.



Qualifications and Experience:

LL.B from an accredited Chinese law school or above;
1-2 years of practical experience with law firms or legal departments of multi-national companies are preferred;
Good knowledge of contract law, corporate law, business law and foreign investment laws and regulations
Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Excellent computer and communication skills
