JOB SUMMARY:
-Provide high level technical support to secure annual sale according to develop and agreed budgets
-Provide targeted customers with technical information and advice if needed. Solve the customers animal health and lab related technical issues
-Build and maintain database of KA swine producers
-Monitor and communicate key market parameters, including market trend, competitor’s activities, and competitor product detail information.
-Conduct and implement field trial for IDEXX products
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Be familiar and keep update swine disease information and control strategy
-Build KA farm database and summary the experience to help swine produces
-Help distributors team to master product information and implement IDEXX technical solution
-Cooperate with sale’s team extension the key product in the market
-Generates the reports, presentations, or other materials needed.
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Master degree or above. Major in Veterinary /Animal Medicine or related. Phd. is a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
-Minimum 3 years practice experience working in modern commercial swine product company
-With good knowledge in ELISA, serological tests
-With PCR and other diagnostic techniques experience
-Swine disease diagnosis and strategic control
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
-Honest, positive and outgoing personality
-Good communication skills and Strong team spirit.
-Good English reading, writing, listening and speaking ability.
-Good proficiency to use office software is required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
-Be able to work efficiently under pressure.
-Willing to travel average of 2 weeks per month
