This role is the overall business process owner for the recruitment system within Walt Disney International, AsiaPacific Region. This role leads the sustainment efforts and adoption of our Career Portal and Kenexa Applicant Tracking System. This includes existing business processes being supported by the system's functionality and enhancements to future processes. This role leads the APAC Recruitment Subject Matter Expert (SME) sustainment community, ensuring all local requirements are represented, and needs are appropriately prioritized and addressed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
? Have a level of recruitment functional expertise to understand the recruitment function and recruitment strategies for the countries in the APAC region.
? Stay current with evolving business requirements and interpret and prioritize these for future system enhancements and discussions.
? Utilize multiple approaches to assess and effectively influence the adoption and utilization of the Kenexa system, its workflows, and capabilities.
? Provide effective coaching and expertise to the subject matter experts in each countries recruitment team
? Identify trends and respond appropriately to resolve, share best practices and improve the overall Kenexa system adoption in the region.
? Provide real time, in region, process/functional support for Portal and ATS users
? Identify technical issues for escalation and resolution; monitor fix schedule and communicate effectively.
? Organize and orchestrate value added discussions with the local subject matter experts, gathering feedback, issues, and best practices. They will coordinate development activities and ongoing training as required.
? Communicate system changes and enhancements effectively with the APAC community facilitating change management.
? Facilitate appropriate system testing and conduct train- the-trainer for the local teams.
? Represent APAC in the broader company dialogue of enhancements and future product development; Will provide system requirements for future enhancements as appropriate
? Reinforces business process and policy for end user support; Promotes user adoption and serves as an advocate for the system
? Use influence, partnering, collaboration skills to ensure the wide variety of needs are met
? Modify and edit system communications, documents, forms and templates in basic HTML and Kenexa Workbench
? Creates and maintains "Frequently Asked Questions", System Help function, training materials
? Identifies usage cycles and peak usage timeframes
Basic Qualifications
7+ years experience in recruitment or human resources supporting large-scale organization
? Deep domain knowledge of the systems implemented during the Global Staffing Program or similar systems
? Knowledge of and experience working within the recruiting environment
