工作职责：
Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment for office, retail and expatriate positions including posting of advertisement, short listing, interview arrangement, interview, application of work passes, setting up of employee personal file, manpower allocation etc,
Responsible for overall company recruitment strategies, manpower planning and attrition,
Conducts orientation and training for new staff,
Responsible for full spectrum of payroll including computation of commission, overtime, allowances, reimbursement, claims (e.g.: insurance claim, medical), income tax submission etc,
Develops, implements and improve HR policies and procedures including employment terms, leave policies, confirmation, claim procedures etc
Responsible for compensation and benefits including salary bench mark, commission / incentives policies, staff benefits, legal compliance, staff insurance, workmen compensation etc
Performs office and retail outlet administration including retail and office insurance, staff uniform, stationeries, office maintenance etc
Handles grievances and provides recommendations on employee's related matters including exit interview, termination, counseling, demotion etc
Responsible for performance and talent management including career planning, staff development, performance appraisal, succession planning etc
Performs other ad-hoc projects when required.
任职要求：
Candidate must possess min. Diploma in HRM or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience in human resources,
Good problem solver with ability to work with tight datelines,
Knowledge in Employment Act and Labour Law of Republic of China,
Pleasant disposition, good communication & interpersonal skills,
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point applications, Microsoft Word, Excel Power Point,
Sensitive and discreet in dealing with confidential matter.
