Key Deliverables: meet requirement on time and source suppliers with appropriate price/ quality and service.  Achieve annual saving target.

Responsibilities:

·         1. Spare parts or other service BU required supplier sourcing;

·         2. E-Bidding for sourcing service;

·         3. Commercial conditions negotiation;

·         4. Contract preparation;

·         5. Purchasing requisition (PR) management;

·         6. Cost improvement on regular basis;

·         7. Supplier audit, performance and daily management  & evaluation;

·         8. Related analysis and all other procurement work related to procurement requirement sourcing;

·         9. Other works that assigned by department manager;

Qualification Required:

Over 5 years supplier sourcing and negotiation experience, or related procurement function in international company;

1. Fluent English for written and speaking;
2. Agree to travel from time to time;
3. According to work requirement, may have some overtime;
4. Familiar with Excel/ PPT/ Word/ Outlook/ SAP;
5. High integrity and business ethic;
6. Open to communicate/ cooperative/ team spirit;
7. work autonomously and self-driven;
8. Customer oriented and result driven;
9. High efficiency and organized;
10. ready for high pressure and meeting deadline;
11. Good negotiation skill;
12. innovative and ready to change;
