Job summary:

Ericsson China Access Network R&D Center is looking for Radio System Developer for base station radio unit development.

As a Radio System Developer, you will attend the pre-study and pre-develop for Ericsson radio base station products including 5G,4G,3G and 2G, you will work together with experts in telecommunication industry globally, main activities will be allocating radio requirement, define radio solution, and release products.

Main responsibilities:

1.Participate pre-study and pre-development;

2.As radio product owner, design & release radio products;

3.Interface with strategy product manager to clarify product requirement;

4.Allocate optimized radio requirement, document radio requirement specification and design specification;

5.Lead design team to study radio solution and write implement proposal;

6.Lead cross-function team in feasibility and development to secure product release with good quality, short TTM and competitive cost;

7.Drive trouble report investigation;

8.Document production test specification, secure production test quality and reduce test time.

Key qualifications:

1.Master’s degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge;

2.Experience on radio requirement allocation, link budget is preferred;

3.Experience on radio transceiver, power amplifier design is preferred;

4.Experience of Radio Base Station Related R&D and Radio Access technology (GSM WCDMA and LTE) is preferred;

5.Experience on signal processing is preferred;

6.Experience on MATLAB is preferred;

7.Service minded and self-motivated;

8.Planning and organizational skills;

9.Problem solving skills;

10.Excellent communication skills;

11.Fluent reading and writing in English.
