Mission:

Lead team to achieve the target of an effective logistic operation and high-qualified customer service to well support business strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Import Process management

? Communication with French headquarters for order placing according to current stock situation and sales plan;

? Communication with wine supplies in other countries for order placing;

? Tracking of production, container planning, shipping schedules and customs clearance;

? Timely communicate and coordinate with the Quality Inspection Department of French headquarters to solve problems of quality, label issue, etc.

2. Local logistics and warehousing management

? Third-party logistics and warehousing management;

? Stock management: inventory, transfer, etc.

? In charge of maintenance of related modules in ERP system;

? Assist sales to deal with complaints or problems of product quality, label issues, etc.

3. Supply chain process improvement

? Management and control of logistics costs;

? Design and improvement of the whole logistics system according to company's development and strategy;

? Supply chain manual editing and update;

? Selection of appropriate service vendors and detail negotiation.

4. Team management

? Lead and daily management of a team of sales assistant and logistics assistant ;

? Ensure a timely communication with related departments like sales, marketing, finance, etc.

Profil：

? More than 8 years' experience in supply chain and logistics, including 5+ years in a management role;

? Experience in FMCG especially food and drink industry is preferred;

? Solid practic knowledge of supply chain in both import and local logistics;

? Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in sourcing /supply chain/ business administration ;

? Proficiency in business English;

? Knowledge in ERP system (Kingdee, SAP, etc.) is a plus;

? Good leadership and communication skill.
