report to the Senior Director of VAST (Value Added Services & Tools). This position will be responsible for customer engagements with major financial institutions and selected entities in the payments industry, primarily in charge of collaborating with EC BD teams for VAST business development as well as project delivery.  This role is ideal for someone with a passion to drive customer conversion and grow EC VAST business in a fast moving and innovative environment.

The position will be based in Beijing to handle a broad range of complex business and management challenges, anticipating and addressing roadblocks and risks, as well as internal & external communications to influence business decisions.

Job Descriptions:

• Engage with clients and internal teams to identify and assess business needs as well as market-wide opportunities.


• Manage the sales process from first discussion to contract signing, as well as contract amendments and renewal


• Manage customer relationships both internally and externally, participate in steering meetings, and oversight the project delivery to ensure the quality.


• Lead delivery team to ensure the projects’ quality and results to increase client satisfaction

Provide effective guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirement:

• Deep understanding of the card scheme business or previous experience in payment industry. Experience in business development, consulting services, or fintech company a plus


• Strategic thinking with confidence and composure to effectively oral and written communicate with senior leaders and external partners


• Strong leadership and relationship building skills with proven ability to influence without authority across peers, superior & external stakeholders to drive projects with limited direction


• Drive for results in ambiguity with the ability to achieve outcomes with limited guidance


• Excellent client and team management capabilities


• Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously


• High energy, an optimistic attitude and strong team spirit. People management experience a plus


• Bachelor’s degree or above


• Good oral and written skills in English
