We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to base in our Beijing office. This Talent Acquisition Partner would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry through our clear aligners (Invisalign®).

 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of recruitment support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. You will also be responsible for proactively reaching out to candidates through various innovative sourcing methods, creative campaigns, onsite events, and other networking platforms and telling our story. Speed is key in this role, but most important is driving world-class candidate experience through our process.

 

This position will drive more focus on direct talent scouting/sourcing for assigned roles, working as the internal recruiting agency to ensure sufficient candidate slate for ongoing roles or future role pipeline.

 

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand healthcare industry labour market intelligence, talent movement trend. Have broad/creative sourcing channels to build short-term to long-term talent pipeline.
• Proactively scout talent in healthcare industry through various sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media platform, network, domain events/activities, cold call to competitive/biz relevant companies etc., so as to attract, engage, eventually to convert passive candidate to active candidate.
• Work closely with key stakeholders (business managers) and internal partners (i.e. HR Business Partners) to understand the key roles, critical skills and the current population to assess risk areas where the talent pipeline would need expanding.
• Share engaged talent’s profile with different business units or cross different sales regions to ensure broader access to candidate’s profile across the whole organization 
• Develop Talent Mapping reports of specific companies including competitors and/or identified critical positions
• Create a positive memorable experiences for each and every candidate by always going the extra mile and ensuring regular communication

 

 Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience;
• Prefer recruitment experience in healthcare industry; especially prefer experience in executive search firm with good track record in niche area candidate placement.
• BS degree with major in human resources or related
• Self-motivated and driven
• A true creative mind for networking
