岗位职责：

1．教务工作的总体协调安排；

2．课程教学运行管理，包括排课、编制课程表，与教师沟通、准备上课资料、印发讲义，组织安排学生选课，随时掌握监控教学质量并及时向部门负责人反馈，安排组织学生进行教学评估，安排考试、成绩录入和统计，协助组织新开课试讲，通知相关教师参加，负责与课程有关的其他工作；

3．负责信息管理系统的录入及管理工作；

4．负责做好班级管理；

5．协助教学主任组织教学有关的会议活动以及安排新闻报道工作；

6．咨询解答师生关于教学的问题；

7．参与各种活动的协调组织；

8．负责办公室的日常管理；

9．负责组织接待国内外院校来访；

10．与招生部门协调配合；

11．领导交办的其它工作。

岗位要求：

1．相关专业本科及以上学历，具备一定的英文沟通能力和较强的计算机操作能力；

2．身心健康，具备一定抗压能力；

3．责任心强，踏实肯干，作风严谨，有较强的服务意识和团队合作精神，具备良好的敬业精神和职业道德；

4．一年以上正规教育单位相关工作经验。

Welcome to the School of Economics and Management (SEM) at Beihang University.
