We’re looking for an enthusiatic and energetic Supervisor for LBR Stores, this role will help building the platform for customer experience in LEGO Retail in China.

Your tasks will include:

Customer Service

· Leads by example by providing every customer with a warm welcome and exceeding all expectations at every opportunity, interacting with the children, establishing needs, offering features and benefits and successfully closing the sale.

树立店铺榜样,无论何时都为客户提供热情的欢迎,与孩子们互动,满足客户的需求，了解各个商品的特点和优势，并成功完成销售。

· In the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, ensures that all customer issues are dealt with and a successful conclusion is reached in all cases and that excellent customer service is provided by all sales associates.

担任楼面管理工作时，确保所有顾客的问题得到满意解决，所有店内销售人员都提供出色的客户服务

· Ensure that the Store graphics system (including pricing) is maintained effectively, with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales

Team Management

团队发展

· Assist the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in maintaining holiday, attendance and team scheduling.

协助店长与副店长的假期安排工作，出勤与团队建设

· Effectively supervises sales associates, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Managers’ support

有效监督销售人员，按照乐高的相关政策和流程与店长、副店长一起适当处理潜在问题

· Motivate and develop a high performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision and Values

管理、发展及激励一个高绩效的团队，使该团队可以分享和承担乐高品牌、企业愿景及价值观

Store Procedures

店铺流程管理

· Assist to ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized

协助确保合理有效地管理店铺空间

· Completes orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budget

根据公司准则和经营预算完成店铺及办公室供应订单

· Ensures sales associates are trained in using the till and money handling procedures are followed by all sales associates

确保培训店铺销售使用收银机并正确处理店铺现金

· Ensures that Health & Safety policies and practices are followed and reports any faults or hazards to Assistant Store Manager and/or Store Manager

确保健康与安全的标准的严格遵守，并及时向店长或副店长汇报任何故障或潜在危险

Stock Management:

库存管理

· Ensures a well organized stockroom is maintained at all times and that all available products are merchandised and fully replenished on the shop floor and loss prevention targets are achieved

保持仓库时刻有序整洁，确保所有可售商品在货架的有效陈列和及时补充，并达成预防破损目标

· Assists the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines

协助店长与副店长按照店铺指导原则达到高标准的商品展示

You must have:

你必须具备：

· At least one year supervisor experience in experience in a busy and fast paced retail environment

至少拥有2年及以上在快节奏的零售环境中担任店铺主管的丰富经验

· College diploma and above, with basic level of English and PC literacy

大专及以上的学历，具备基本的英语及电脑技能

· Experience in cash handling and inventory/sales auditing

有现金、库存管理和销售监督的经验

· Basic knowledge of team development and training

有基础的团队发展与培训相关的知识

· Excellent customer service skills are essential

优秀的客户服务技巧

· Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills are required

有良好的组织能力，口头与书面表达的能力

· Must be outgoing, enthusiastic and a team leader

性格外向、热情，有领导能力

· Must be able to work flexible hours

能够接受灵活的工作时间

· Must be able to supervise staff and also work independently

LEGO乐高公司创办于丹麦，至今已有86年的发展历史，追本溯源，还得从它的金字招牌LEGO说起。商标“LEGO”的使用是从1932年开始，其语来自丹麦语“LEg GOdt”，意为“play well”（玩得快乐），并且该名字首先迅速成为乐高公司在Billund地区玩具工厂生产的优质玩具的代名词。
多年来，“LEGO”图标也变化了多种形式，最新的图标是1998年制作，它是在1973年的版本基础上稍作调整而成，使之更便于在媒体上传播和识别。***个生产地在丹麦的一所红房子中，那里就是乐高开始的地方。近日，乐高官方推出的一座大型主题空间，坐落在乐高的总部所在地丹麦比隆（Billund），占地 12000 平米，离公司总部也不远，LEGO Experience Center 将于今年正式开放，目前计划中的具体时间是在九月份。
