岗位要求：

大专，市场营销、管理类专业，5年以上建材家居营销管理工作经验，3年以上品牌家居、系统门窗招商运营管理经验。

岗位职责：

1、制定并实施公司总体战略与年度经营计划，建立和健全公司的管理体系与组织结构；
2、制定公司目标、预算及年度工作规划，组织全国市场销售推广工作；
3、规划公司销售系统的整体运营、业务方向、团队建设；
4、制定全年销售费用、市场费用、服务费用预算；
5、制定年度品牌、市场推广计划、专项市场计划并组织实施；
6、对经销商进行跟进式动态管理、确保优质经销商与公司良性发展；
7、组织、领导销售队伍完成销售目标，协调处理各类市场问题；
8、销售情况的动态管理，重大销售计划跟进、实施。
