遵从订单管理指南、执行标准及其他各类商务准则管理、执行客户销售订单；

负责日常ERP系统的客户信息创建，销售订单录入，确保订单录入准确性；

实时监控订单执行情况，处理销售订单各阶段发生的问题；

管理日常销售订单及内部审批流程；

负责销售订单的审核和审批，及时通知订单配送或发货，提交发票单据和邮寄等事宜；

确保数据库订单信息和客户信息的准确性并及时更新，支持业务数据分析；

根据公司要求和工作需要，按时完成公司上级领导布置的其他工作。

任职要求：

本科以上学历，2年以上订单管理或销售运营相关的工作经验；

熟练使用excel、PowerPoint等办公软件；

良好的英语读写能力，沟通能力

团队沟通协调能力强，抗压能力强，思路清晰缜密；

工作积极主动，有责任心，有团队精神。

 

Responsibilities:

Process and manage customers' orders in compliance with order fulfillment process guidelines, function's performance standard and business rules;

Responsible for day to day ERP system of creating customer information, sales order entry;

Problem solving at each stage of sales order, post order;

Conduct routine management, internal approval process;

Day to day transactional responsibility for sales order fulfillment and invoice adjustments;

Ensure database are accurate and update timely to support business analysis;

Other tasks assigned by the company.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, with at least 2 years working experience in order fulfillment, sales operation related work experience;

Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint and other office software tools;

Good verbal and written English skills;

Having passion, active in working with team spirit.
