Open Position: Customer Service Representative--Full timer--Cantonese.

Job description

*To provide a 7 days x 24 hours customer hotline support to international customers, so as to facilitate a globalize teleservices operation regarding international mobile phone product and services.

*To handle incoming inquiries from international customers regarding the services provided on portal.

*To act as a technical helpdesk for customer's technical fault reporting.

*To perform portal administration on behalf of customer.

Job Requirement:

*Language: Native Cantonese speaking, with good proficiency in English.

*Education: college or above.

*Personality: Good communication skill, good customer service sense.

*Work experience: At least two years of full-time working experience.
