经理/主管职责:
1.经销商规划及管理:
-评估经销商体系,提出经销商改善计划,包括数量和承担区
-阶段销量指导
-经销商KPI设置和考评
§ 2.销售团队管理:
-管理与销量及预算相匹配的费用支出
-管理销售团队日常工作流程
-协同拜访
-提升团队销售效率
§ 3.产品管理:
-销售符合公司指引的产品结构的SKU
-管理产品生命周期,提出新产品需求
-检查PTW、PTC、PTR并确保准确执行
§ 4.投资管理:
-审核每个城市经理提报的月度促销计划,并予以指导和调整
-检查Buy Out POCs执行情况
§ 5.售点管理:
-完成特殊难点的谈判
-加强与终端的关系
-批准合格的生动化申请
-加强与TOP ABI终端的联系
-检查TOP ABI POCs销量完成情况和竞争对手表现
-双方特殊关心的问题的谈判业代职责:
1、 拜访KA渠道(大卖场、连锁商超等)客户,建立发展业务关系和销售网络;
2、 制订区域内的销售计划,达到销售目标;
3、 服务KA客户,完成公司相关市场活动的执行;
4、 收集并向公司提供市场及竞品相关的信息。
资质和专业能力要求
1. 大专或以上学历
2. 1年以上KA渠道管理经验;主管及以上岗位有3年以上销售团队管理经验;
3. 基本办公室电脑使用为佳
4. 良好的执行力
5. 良好的分析能力
6. 良好的沟通及人际交往能力
7. 责任感强并能独立开展工作
8. 团队合作精神
