Commercial Operation PMO

  

Accountabilities

§ Coordinate with regional/provincial sales team and X-functions for info collection
§ Consolidate and validate commercial related data and analyze from different aspects to generate insight

  

§ Identify business opportunities and risks by effective tools/method to support the decision making of commercial team

  

§ Project charter set up, project meeting arrangement and project milestone drive

  

§ Closely follow up the progress of commercial projects and push for implementation, timely feedback

  

§ Continuously improving project management techniques, method, and quality
§ Commercial related info system set up, input and management


Experience Skills Competency

  

? Over 2 years’ commercial project management experiences

  

? Extensive sales and marketing knowledge
? Working experience in Marketing & Sales function in Consumer Goods Industry or Agriculture Industry

  

? Extensive spread sheet analysis /power point skills
? Strong knowledge of project management process
? Ability to communicate to challenge at all level of business
? Self-motivated, independent, dynamic and result-driven
? Ability to deliver quality result under pressure and to tight deadlines
? Ability to cooperate cross-functionally
? Ethical, personal integrity
