Job Title: Product Specialist
Working location: Shanghai
Report to: NPWT Project Manager, AWM

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Manage Wound product life cycle incl. develop and implement new product introduction process, product pruning and rejuvenation, take charge to implement and deliver results
? Develop a priority RA product registration list to ensure it aligned with portfolio strategy
? Participate as wound product expert in marketing promotion activities, e.g. customer presentation and be ready and able to present product to audiences-small/large,internal/external
? Design product competing strategy vs. competitors. E.g. product positioning, selling points, counter talk against competitors, product presentation, training material for sales, distributors and customers by providing clinical expertise/input
? Product promotion program design and implementation
? Interface with GBU for related product management---RA, launch, promotion, re-launch if there is, customers voices from China feedback to GBU etc
? Work with local and global colleagues to design and implement a program of clinical/case studies, cost effective platform to develop compiling local evidence that differentiates our clients' solution,coordinate program with KOLs and management to ensure case study is aligned with marketing strategies.

Requirement:

? Bachelor's degree major in Medicine/Nursing
? Good communication in both Mandarin and English(verbal and written)
? Minimum of 5 years direct experience in the global corporate industry working at the interface of marketing, clinical, regulatory and health economic activities.;
? Experience in product life cycle management and formulate marketing plans;
? Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
? Ability to work autonomously
? A good grasp of ppt,excel ect
? Domestic travel requirement(30% to 50% of time)
