职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 教育旅行市场调研、分析以及产品研究;
2. 制定并执行中国市场/产品领域的营销策略和方案;
3. 公司及产品的文案与设计;
4. 与美国市场团队合作,完成相应市场工作;
5. 寻求、监督适合的营销合作伙伴,确保市场工作的进行;
6. 培训销售人员、支持销售工作;
7. 管理市场营销活动经费。
任职资格:
1. 3-5年相关行业工作经验,市场营销、大众传媒专业优先;
2. 具有相关教育及旅行行业工作经验者优先;
3. 中英文流利;
4. 擅长公众演讲者优先;
5. 优秀的解决问题、自我激励、承受压力的能力;
6. 必须具备在没有直接监督的情况下工作的能力;
7. 优秀的沟通能力,能通过口述,书写及介绍的方式清晰的表述问题和想法,并且提出建议;
8. 具有团队合作及与领导沟通的能力;
9. 熟练使用Outlook, Word, Power Point、Exel,等办公软件,尤其擅长使用Photoshop 等设计软件;
10. 优秀的极强的时间管理能力,能在指定时间内完成指定的工作;
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research for assigned products or potential new products in related markets and analyze research results;
2. Develop marketing strategy in assigned market/product area on the survey results together with supervision;
3. Develop messaging and manage copyrighting about the company, products etc. for China market;
4. Work with the US marketing team to develop/design localized marketing collaterals for China market and update China website;
5. Monitor and work with vendors to ensure timely and high quality marketing collaterals development and delivery;
6. Design and organize activities to improve sales effectiveness;
7. Manage event sponsorships.
Qualifications:
1. BA in marketing or communication preferred OR 3-5 years related work experience required;
2. Experience working in the field of education or tourism;
3. Fluent in both Chinese and mandarin and English;
4. Good at public speaking preferred;
5. Superior problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
6. Must have ability to work without direct supervision;
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present issues, ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats;
8. Demonstrate experience working in a team environment and communicating with Senior Managers;
9. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products to include Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, and above average skills with design software, such as Photoshop;
10. Outstanding Time-Management skills with proven ability to meet strict deadlines and management of demanding workload;
