Consulting Solutions Architect Partner Smart Adoption Practice
This Consulting Solutions Architect will provide technical expertise working collaboratively within a Partner environment to architect and integrate Cisco Smart Services Technology into Partners operations support and business systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
? Performance of the initial evaluation of Products and Solutions assessing their application and impact on operational capability.
? Work with partners to help them understand how to integrate our capabilities with their systems and tools
? Train partners on the installation and use of Cisco Smart Services capabilities
? Create necessary documentation to ensure ongoing supportability of the solution
? Design of the solutions for the operational capability and support. These technical recommendations will reflect updates and changes originating from the respective service technology groups
? Maintain communication with the BU engineers using established Cisco procedures and protocols.
? Performance of lab trials. The purpose of these trials is to assess the initial functionality and supportability of the Solutions
? Be accountable for the engineering design and test of the operational capability including the Solutions ability to scale and its capability for transitioning to BAU environment.
? Provide regularly scheduled knowledge sharing sessions
? Ensuring Operational Readiness for the Incubate team.

? Ability to understand and articulate how technology can solve business problems
? Infrastructure design and implementation planning, deployment support, performance engineering and optimization, proof-of-concept testing, network auditing/sizing, pre-staging, pre-configuration, deployment planning and acceptance of Cisco product in execution or advisory/assistance or support models.
? Must have and understanding of the Channel business
? Previous experience in Managed services tools

? Produces and shares intellectual property in the most productive manner for various audiences, customers, and industry forums.
