Duties & Responsibilities

1. Verify the performance of new product, evaluate and test the reliability, release qualification report and data analysis report.

2. Plan the annual product performance verification and process capability verification, analyze and report the result monthly.

3. Develop testing technology for new products and materials.

4. Complete material sample test and evaluation cooperated with material engineer.

5. Control the quality of incoming material, complain the quality issue to the supplier.

6. Issue quality plan, including incoming, product and PPQ.

7. Deal with the quality abnormal and problem analysis.

8. Quality data collection, analysis and report.

9. Organize PQD team to analyze and evaluate the risk, to issue and follow CAR.

10. Train the test technician with equipment and SOP.

11. Work with sales to completed the factory inspection of product.

12. Develop the SOP of calibration & maintenance, repair the failure of equipment.

Implement other projects / programs assigned by Manager.

Experience/Skills/Competences

1. Min. 3 years working experience in qualification testing, engineering experience in Optical Fiber Industry.

2. Have good quality awareness and control skill

3. Have SQC and SPC awareness, master some QC tools, and have good data analysis ability

4. Have strong analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skill

6. Self-motivate, independent, willing to work under pressure.

7. Common English in writing and speaking, good PC skill.
