猎头顾问助理

    

职位要求：

    

1.大学本科学历；

    

2.1年以上招聘或销售经验， 致力于猎头或招聘领域的优秀应届生或者实习生亦可；

    

3.沟通清晰、主动，个性开朗，良好的自我管理能力及团队合作精神。

4.快速学习能力，及一定的抗压能力

    

工作职责：

    

1.和顾问一起深入了解职位需求，及候选人搜寻方案的制定；

    

2.有效的利用各种渠道搜寻目标候选人；

    

3.候选人的初步沟通面试及筛选；

    

4.面试安排及候选人的持续跟踪；

    

5.人才资料信息的系统录入；

    

6搜寻报告及推荐报告的制作；

    

7.其他顾问布置的工作
