岗位职责：
Product Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of a portfolio of oncology products and oncology brand promotion within China. The Product Manager will develop and implement strategic plans for this portfolio, with the objective of increasing market share and penetration, and optimizing pricing to maximize commercial profitability. The position is also responsible for pipeline development by identifying and completing market analysis of new opportunities for the portfolio whether that is new molecule introduction or existing product development. An important component of the role is to ensure supply consistency to the market through tracking market trends. This will require strong relationships with internal stakeholders. To ensure profitability is maximized it will be important to develop a strong understanding of internal finance and pricing functions, key stakeholders and the purchasing process. The position requires collaboration with Regional Marketing, supply chain and the sales organization.

任职资格的具体描述：
Candidate must possess a University degree, have at least 7 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales and at least 5 years in marketing is preferred. This person must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This person must have well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities coupled with pro-active, results-oriented willingness to drive changes across the organization. Candidate must also have a high degree of self direction with the ability to constantly seek innovative ways to perform tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Must be able to synthesize customer needs, market and competitive growth initiatives to assist in providing direction for marketing promotional and new product development activities.
