Responsibilities / 岗位职责：

-1、独立处理增值税发票的日常管理，包括发票领购，登记 ，开具，保管，核销与寄发，处理与开票环节有关的涉税事宜。Responsible for VAT invoice issues, including the application & purchase, registration, invoicing, keeping, verification and sending to customers; Dealing with the related tax issues

-2、处理直销客户日常开票，按日结单完成开票并随货同行 Handle the daily invoicing to direct customers, ensure the accuracy and the delivery with goods

-3、处理月度分销商专用发票开具并按月寄发，负责相关查询及运单登记事宜。Handle the monthly invoicing to distributors and invoice sending and ERP bookkeeping; Responsible for the relavant query and record

-4、负责采购, 入库，出库环节的单据财务审核，监督业务核算，使其符合公司制度及相关准则要求 Responsible for the double check of vouchers from supply chain, ensure the compliance with internal regulations

-5、供应链环节核算问题的部门间沟通与配合。 Cooperation and commnication with other Dept. for the accounting of supply chain


Requirements/任职要求：
-会计学/财务管理相关专业，专科或以上学历 College degree , major in accounting or economic management
- 二年以上相关工作经验 2+ years relavant experience
-具有增值税发票经验优先 Experience in VAT invoice referred
-具有用友ERP供应环节核算经验优先 Experience in supply chain accounting preferred
