JOB DESCRIPTION
1. 监督管理公共区域服务员,并不断地为其提供培训、再培训。
Supervise, train and re-train the PA Attendants continuously.
2. 进一步检查公共区域服务员的工作业绩以及工作分配情况。
Follow up on work performance and assignments of PA Attendants.
3. 负责对清洁用品/洗涤剂的存货进行存储。
Responsible for up keeping the inventory of housekeeping cleaning supplies / detergent.
4. 协助客房部副经理准备好客房清洁用品/洗涤剂项目的年度预算。
Assist the Assistant Housekeeping Manager to prepare annual budget of housekeeping cleaning supplies / detergents etc.
5. 妥善看管并正确使用设施设备、布草制品储物柜、手推车、篮子和清扫用的工具和公寓的供应品。
Ensures proper care and usage of equipment, linen lockers, carts, baskets and cleaning and residence supplies.
6. 对需要工程部紧急维修处理的维护缺陷,立即报修。
Report maintenance deficiencies that require immediate attention to the Engineering Department.
7. 对已报修的维护缺陷保持关注。
Follow up on reported maintenance deficiencies continuously.
8. 尽可能地为顾客提供帮助。
Offer all possible assistance to our Residents.
9. 如发现任何家具、固定设备和设施的丢失或损坏,立即向客房部副经理汇报。
Report to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager immediately on any loss or damage of furniture, fixtures or equipment.
10. 妥善控制管理用于清扫楼层和清洁设备的工具。
Control inventory equipment used on the floors and cleanliness of the equipment.
11. 熟悉公寓以及公共区域的建筑平面图。
Familiarize with the residences and public area floor plans.
12. 确保楼层的餐具室随时上锁,以及餐具室的所有供应品得到整齐的摆放。
Ensure that the floor pantries are locked at all times and all supplies in the pantry must be neatly arranged.
13. 确保楼层走廊、休息室、出口和公共区域的卫生始终处于最佳状态。
Ensure that the floor corridor, lobby, outlets and public areas are in tip-top conditions at all times.
14. 准备好客房部公共区域服务员的每日工作安排表。
Prepare daily scheduling of PA Attendants.
15. 准备好客房部公共区域服务员的任务分配便条。
Prepare PA Attendants’ assignment slip.
16. 如发现任何员工旷工,及时向客房部副经理汇报。
Notify the Assistant Housekeeping Manager of Colleague absenteeism.
17. 熟悉公寓所有应急措施和安全防范措施的操作程序。
Familiarize with all residences emergency and safety procedures.
18. 参加客房部办公室的每日例会。
Attend daily Housekeepers’ briefing.
19. 服从由客房部经理和客房部副经理委任的相关区域负责人的管理。
To assume other authorities pertaining to the area of responsibility as delegated by the Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

BRIEF REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
1. 熟练使用Office & Windows。
Proficient with Office & Windows.
2. 具有酒店系统丰富的经验和知识。至少在五星级酒店/服务式公寓有一年相关工作岗位的经验。
Excellent experience and knowledge’s of hotel system. Min 1 year experience in similar position in 5 stars International hotel / service apartment operation.
3. 基本的口语和书面英语,普通话口语和书写流利。
Basic command of English written and spoken. Fluent in Mandarin written and spoken.
4. 身强体健,注重细节,具有服务性,个性友好。
Strong and healthy. Attention to details. Service oriented. Friendly personality.
