职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Reconcile and process all Journal Entries for all designated SHDR accounts within the SAP.
2. Perform substantial data entry in SAP financial system.
3. Review and reconcile departmental budgets and account entries.
4. Set up, support, and process payments for SHDR vendors.
5. Assist accounting manager to prepare reporting packages on timely basis.
6. Prepare information required for statutory reports.
7. Maintain processes, research system data, and perform other ad hoc financial and business analyses as required.
Required Qualifications: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
2. Proven experience and strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
3. Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
4. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills
5. Willingness to learn new software applications
6. Accountant Vocational Certificate (Kuaiji Zheng)
Desired Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated strong attention to detail
2. Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
3. Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
4. Demonstrated strong analytical skills
5. Demonstrated strong partnering skills
6. Proficiency with ERP systems preferably SAP
7. English Language skill in written and oral.
