JOB DESCRIPTION



1. 根据楼层主管的指示,负责修改、更新电脑系统中的公寓入住情况。

Responsible for changing residences status in the computer system as instructed by the Floor Supervisor.



2. 在客人到达时,更新客人在电脑中的资料,并通知相应的楼层主管/客房部副经理。

Upon Residents’ arrival, update guest computer and informs the room made to the Floor Supervisor/Assistant Housekeeper Manager accordingly.



3. 维护、更新次序错乱的客房入住清单。

Maintain and update out of order residences list.



4. 汇总DND客房报告。

Maintain DND Report.



5. 每天查阅公寓的物品丢失和损坏报告。

Maintain daily residences Lost & Damage Report.



6. 负责接听电话,将客人的需求或相关信息记录在客人需求日志上,并确保客人的需求及时得到妥善处理。

Answering telephone calls. Record Residents’ request/messages in the Residents’ Request Log Book and ensures that the requests are being followed up.



7. 协助楼层主管/客房部副经理完成对客用供应品及便利设施的盘存工作。

Assist the Floor Supervisor / Assistant Housekeeping Manager in taking inventory of guest supplies, amenities.



8. 对客用供应品和便利设施保持正确的记录。

Maintain proper record on Guest supplies and amenities.



9. 依照相关的规定程序,签发客用供应品。

Issue Guest supplies according to set procedures.



10. 协助公共区域主管/客房部副经理完成对客房清洁工具和化学制品的盘存工作。

Assist the P.A. Supervisors / Assistant Housekeeping Manager in taking inventory of housekeeping cleaning supplies / chemicals.



11. 签发批准维修部门的工作程序。

Issue work order to the Maintenance department.



12. 熟悉服务公寓应急措施的操作程序。

Familiarize with the serviced residences’ emergency procedure.



13. 为来往信函文件和会议记录保持一个正确的归档系统。

Maintain a proper filing system of all correspondence and minutes of meeting.



14. 妥善处理所有发出和收到的信函。

Attend to all incoming and outgoing correspondence.



15. 负责打印、影印信件、传真以及备忘录等文件。

Typing, photocopying of letters, faxes and memorandums, etc.



16. 履行上级指派的其它相关职责。

Perform any other related duties as assigned.



职位要求:

BRIEF REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:



1. 熟练使用Office & Windows。

Proficient with Office & Windows.



2. 有四、五星级酒店工作经验,至少有一年五星级酒店/服务式公寓的相同职位工作经验。

Experience in hospitality industry in 4-5 stars property,Min 1 year experience in similar position in 5 stars International hotel / serviced apartment operation.



3. 流利的英语口语。普通话口语和书写流利。

Excellent verbal communication in English. Fluent in Mandarin Written and spoken.



4. 具有服务性,有组织性和纪律性。具有使人愉悦的声音。

Service oriented personality. Good organizer and disciplinate. Possess Good Telephone Etiquete and pleasant voice.
