JOB DESCRIPTION
1. 为主管阶层和非主管阶层的员工提供工作指导。
Direct the work assignments of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel.
2. 监督客房部所有员工,以确保顾客得到迅速而有礼貌的服务。
Monitor Housekeeping personnel to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous services.
3. 监督客房部所有员工,以确保他们了解老主顾和其它贵宾应享受的特别关照。
Monitor Housekeeping personnel to ensure that known repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special attention.
4. 通知其它业务运营部门与其相关的客房事宜,除了与工程部保持联系外,更重要的是通知前厅部,以确保准确核实公寓的入住情况。
Inform other operating departments of Housekeeping matters which concern them notably the Front Office, to ensure accurate residence status, in addition to communicating with the Engineering Department.
5. 建立并保持良好高效的员工关系。
Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
6. 协助客房部经理完成人力资源方面的事务,例如:面试、业绩评价、咨询服务等。
Assist the Housekeeping Manager in Human Resources related matters such as interviewing, appraising and counseling.
7. 确定培训需求,制定专业培训计划并安排培训课程。
Identify training needs, assist in developing formal training plans and implementing training sessions.
8. 安排由主管负责的对客房部所有区域进行的定期检查,包括已入住的房间和尚未入住的房间。
Schedule routine inspections by supervisors, of all Housekeeping areas including occupied and non-occupied rooms, front and back of the house areas.
9. 定期对公寓及客房部所有区域进行检查,以确保家具、设施、设备保持整洁干净,并得到妥善的维护和维修,根据需要进行更换/更新。
Inspect residences in all Housekeeping areas on a regular basis to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good condition, well maintained and replaced/refurbished as required.
10. 随时确保部门员工的行为、衣着、打扮、制服、仪表以及姿势体态,符合相关要求标准。
Maintain appropriate standards of conducts, dress, hygiene, uniforms and appearance of departmental employees.
11. 对例会上涉及到的议程项目,实施进一步的行动。
Follow up on progress of agenda items covered in regular meetings.
12. 确保客房部的全体员工都熟悉房内的一切设施,以便为顾客提供相应的帮助。
Ensure Housekeeping personnel is familiar with in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests.
13. 协助控制和分析部门成本,以确保部门各项运作符合预算成本。
Assist in monitoring and controlling, on an on-going basis, departmental costs to ensure performance against budget.
14. 参与拟定公寓的战略计划和目标项目的准备工作,协助客房部经理准备客房部预算报告。
Assist in the preparation of the Serviced Residences Strategic Plan and Goals Program. Assist in the preparation of the Housekeeping Departmental Budget.
15. 监督外界承包商,以确保合同条款得以履行。
Supervise outside contractors to ensure contractual compliance.
16. 实施和控制客房部的操作程序,其中包括失物招领、钥匙保管、安全防范和应急流程、员工与顾客的健康安全保障流程。
Assist in monitoring and controlling Housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety for employees and guests.
17. 当客房部经理不在时,按照指派代替客房部经理处理相关事宜。
Act on behalf of the Housekeeping Manager in his/her absence as assigned.
18. 履行相关职责和上级指派的特殊任务。
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

BRIEF REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
1. 客房部副经理,1名,酒店管理学院/旅游学院毕业。
Assistant housekeeping manager, Hotel school / Tourism institution diploma.
2. 熟练使用Office & Windows。
Proficient with Office & Windows.
3. 具有酒店系统的丰富知识和经验。至少有一年五星级酒店/服务式公寓的相关工作经验。
Excellent experience and knowledge’s of hotel system. Min 1 year experience in similar position in 5 stars International hotel / service apartment operation.
4. 流利的口语和书面英语。普通话口语和书写流利。
Good verbal and Written of commande English. Fluent in Mandarin written and spoken.
5. 具有服务性,个性友好,善于交际,工作积极。能够承受工作压力。
Service oriented. Friendly personality. Diplomat, motivated. Able to work under pressure.
