Job Qualifications

*Bachelor degree or above with EE or Telecommunication or Semiconductor or computer technology background

*Proficiency in basic secretarial skills such as communication skills etc.

*Take initiatives and self-motivated; have good working attitude; hardworking

*Good interpersonal and communication skills

*Possesses a high level of initiative

*Takes responsibilities in job assigned and fulfillment

*Good command of English in both handwriting and oral communication

*Team work spirit

*Over 2-3 years sales experience

*EDA experience and EE company CAD experience is better

Job Duties

good relationship with the customers by phone, tracking Customers’ information *Customer visit, develop new pipeline for business

*Timely processes, and distributes incoming mail to the appropriate individuals. Composes or prepares standard replies to routine mail following specific instructions and a prescribed format

*Creates and maintains files. Keeps a variety of records and prepares, and processes routine documents and keep in good status for filing.

*Supports marketing event and workshop in need

*Supports training related coordination and registration

*Support order process and delivery

*Teamwork with other office staffs in other duties as assigned

*Cover and manage customers independently;

*Understand how to build customer’s relationship and develop selling opportunity;

*Can learn customer’s requirement and EDA technology;

*Team work with Account Manager and team smoothly
