Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & monitor outsourcing team on P&P processes, including vendor master, invoices posting and payment processing, maintain high performance service.
• Review and monitor the daily process of vendor invoice and ensuring its compliance with company policy and local tax requirement
• Coordinate with internal functions to get whole process smooth, be preferred partner with business.
• Ensure no payment delays and follow payment, work together with Cashier to well support cashier to arrange the payments via e-banking/other proper payment way accurately and on time.
• Review and monitor AP closing, AP clearance activities to ensure the AP journal entries and accounts reconciliation are completed on time in SAP & Netsuite.
• Input VAT invoice certification.
• Various analysis on account payable fluctuation, payment forecast, project payment, etc.
• Responsible for the resolution of issues identified during the normal course of AP operations and ensuring all concerns raised are appropriately addressed and monitored.
• Performing month end inventory reconciliation with inventory account, prepare monthly COGS report, post COGS journal entry in SAP.
• Responsible for all supply chain information collection, sorting and data checking.
• According to the sales target, assist to prepare the budget and COGS management policy.
• Prepare COGS management plan, COGS detail report, COGS reconciliation, propose COGS control efficiency improvement measures.
• Evaluate the COGS management plan and improve the COGS accounting treatment method in time,
• Closely support GL and tax position on invoices, VAT reconciliation, tax filing and payment,
• Innovation and transformation in daily work, continually improve and optimize current processes and practices.
• Support audit, compliance, and fixed assets count.
• Liaise and cooperate with other department in daily work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Language: Good written and spoken English
• Computer: Good excel, word and other office tools skill
• Behavioural competences: Accurate, logical, efficient, responsible and on time delivery with good quality, have capacity to manage a small team in daily work.
• Personal attributes:  Be honest and accountable, leadership, self-motivated, good communication skills, able to work under pressure, team spirit; objectivity and fairness.
• Business Competences: 5~10 years above related working experience
• Professional skills: CPA/CIMA/ACCA is preferred, and with a good sense of tax planning/positioning

Preferred Qualifications:  

retail related accounting working experiences and B2C e-commerce business related are plus
