• Support Key Account manager for acquisition and maintenance of accounts portfolio.
• To manage assigned key accounts and ensure operation excellence.
• Build and drive customer loyalty in the assigned portfolio.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives of assigned house account portfolio. 

Key Account Manager Support

• Provide support to the Key Account manager for new account acquisition
• Help on building solution proposal to customer based on the customer requirement and needs shared by the Key Account manager
• Reach out the network to collect the necessary information for solution proposal
• Support on tender and pricing solution
• Provide visibility and data for Key Account Manager QBR preparation.
• Help in the implementation phase period to ensure operation and COS understand customer expectations 

Own Portfolio management (House Account)

• Maintain existing Accounts assigned by key account manger
• Coordinate day-to-day activities between operation, network & customer
• Conduct Regular business review to ensure Bollore Performance
• Ensure timely, clear and accurate communication with the key accounts

• Interact in the development with the overseas network: a specific focus will be put on Europe and Asian key accounts in particular – but not limited to.
• Coordinate sales actions with the CCN and GCN network (Customer Service, GM Sales, Product managers, MD’s)
• Interact with the support functions in order to implement and serve the customers properly: Customer service, IT, CBS 
• Payment performance
• Ensure the DSO target is reached as per company guidance and expectations
• Other tasks assigned by management

• Desire and ability to provide suggestions of continuous improvement

• College Degree or above
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Freight forwarding company, and at least one year in key account or customer service position
• Good knowledge of logistics services (Sea, Air, Contract Logistics)
• Good command of English
• Ability to work independently using initiative and work as a team player
• Self-managed, goal-oriented and good communication skills

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English. Any 3rd language will be a plus.
• Proficiency use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and other tools.
• Experience with Retail/Consumer customers is preferred.
