Are you passionate about delivering engaging digital products through the use of data insights and marketing technology?
Bring your deep understanding and passion for data, analytics and experimentation to help drive engaging digital experiences at LEGO.
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for the quality and strategic impact of complex digital products, including B2C e-commerce products, membership platform, and instore digital products.
Create and refine product roadmap which meets the objectives and KPIs outlined in the product strategy. Provide vision and direction to the product team and be the voice of the shopper to represent their needs within the team
Continuous engagement with stakeholders and SMEs across functional areas to ideate, capture and refine the product backlog
Analyze and interpret requirements, producing user stories and acceptance criteria with the broader technology team
Closely collaborate with project team to ensure product delivery meet high quality and committed delivery dates, identify and resolve dependencies across technology team to ensure efficient delivery
Employ a test and learn approach, leveraging MVT capability to shape product development
Immerse yourself in insights and learning from competitor analysis, user research and qualitative and quantitative data to inform new ideas and effective prioritization
Keep abreast of competitor and industry trends to ensure the product stays relevant

You'll be responsible for developing and optimising the digital shopper experience, working closely with the product team and key stakeholders to continually refine the product to drive engagement and improve conversion.
You'll be a clear thinker with vision, passion, energy, attention to detail, and a drive to learn and improve yourself and others. Collaborative and agile, clear in communication and honest, you will be a team player capable of working across a range of business functions.
You'll be someone who loves to make things happen and gets excited about identifying and delivering innovative and engaging shopper experiences.
Do you have what we need?
Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience working in a Digital, eCommerce, CRM, and other shopper facing technology products
- 5+ years of working as a Product Owner or project management related role, preferably in an agile working setup
- Experience in working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels
- Experience in linking product strategy, features and road map to business value creation would be highly valued
- Experience in building e-commerce products, CRM platform and digital showroom products would be highly valued.
- Must be attentive to detail, flexible and able to work concurrently on multiple projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot, research, and work through complex requirements and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highest attention to detail, organized, team worker.
- Experience in an international business environment preferably including global ecommerce
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for others.
- You will be based in Shanghai but may on occasion be requested to travel to work with and meet colleagues in other global locations, particularly London and Billund, DK.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours (as needed)
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
