Major
Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:

• Develop, implement and manage materials, production, and maintenance operations to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
• Manage staff and daily operations to meet all defined QOS requirements including labor efficiency, quality, delivery, scrap, inventory value, and safety to minimize operating cost.
• Responsible for the accuracy and interpretation of all operations performance data and reports to ensure effective communication and the ability to meet cost targets.
• Manage and drive continuous improvement plans and actions for all areas of the operation to obtain efficiency and cost effective operations.
• Manage and lead during the launch of new products and projects in terms of customer satisfaction, cost control, product quality and project timing.
• Advises & coordinates with advanced engineering and program teams to insure launch preparation activity and advanced programs are developed to meet customer requirements.
• Lead the LRR meeting
• Responsible to champion all interface at the customer plant level regarding quality and delivery.
• Responsible for the quality of all units produced.
• Responsible for coaching, performance management and organizational development of operations staff.
• Assist with the plant budgeting process, capital allocation and overall plant financial targets to support the overall corporate budget.
• Identifies required investments and supporting business case analysis required to improve operations and achieve optimum plant performance;
• Ensures overall compliance with safety and hygiene rules in the workplace.
• Ensures overall compliance with IATF 16949 regulations and requirements.
• Implement ISO 14001 system to achieve certification.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly
supervises the employees in the production,
engineering ,logistics,
and maintenance department including managers, supervisors and subordinates;
carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations
policies and applicable laws.

Key Competencies:

experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Advanced degree in business or technical field is preferred.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing strategy and concepts.

Has strong analysis, problem solving skills

Has strong leadership and decision-making ability, good communication and coordination ability with other Departments

Good English skill.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent; or 10 years of automotive manufacturing management
