Job Description
Qualifications
- Transfer of technical and commercial knowledge of the TT-RHW products (focus SghP plant) and its applications to the sales organizations (focus CN)
- SghP representative for activities to train the sales organizations in proper application as well as technical and commercial knowledge for TT-RHW products.
- SghP representative for after sales and pre sales support towards the sales organizations. Responsible to solve failures which the sales entity is unable to solve and to transfer his knowledge towards the sales entity to prevent the problem in the future.
- Feedback of product quality issues and future product requirements from markets into the SghP quality and development departments.
- Organization and coordination of international customer factory visits and product presentations for SghP.？
- Participation in TTM (product development) projects on behalf of the local sales organizations regarding training and after sales support.
Qualifications
- HVAC background - experience and knowledge in the HVAC or installation sector, preferably heating industry
- Industrial engineer or technical studies
- Chinese mother tongue, fluent in English
- Strong personality
- Strong analytical skills and ability in problem solving
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Willingness to travel
