在艾肯研发团队中根据艾肯开发流程负责新产品(水槽龙头、净水及饮水机产品)开发设计中机械设计及其相关部分的工作。 同时为现有产品提供必要的技术支持。

Work in Elkay Engineering Group and be responsible for mechanical design and related tasks for new products (sink & faucet, water treatment and drink water unit) development under Elkay’s process. Meanwhile, provide technical support to current products.

主要工作职责:Position Responsibility Summary:

1. 根据项目开发要求进行新产品结构设计开发，完成机械及机电部件的详细设计,制造及 测试。

   Provide mechanical design for new product developing according to roadmap requirement. Detail design, fabricate and test on mechanical and electro-mechanical products/parts.

2. 熟悉注塑模具及工艺流程，与供应商及工厂开发在成本目标内的高质量部件。

   Well understanding on injection mold tool & die process, work with suppliers/ manufactures to develop high quality parts within cost target.

3. 准备及完成 项目团队中的跨部门的设计评审。

   Conduct project design reviews with Lead engineer within all cross functional teams。

4. 根据产品及零部件要求及艾肯的设计要求，对相应零部件及产品完成认可验证测试。

   Completed qualification and verification test per product and component specification and Elkay’s design requirement.

5. 与全球设计团队合作，完成产品全球产化设计

   Cooperate with Global design team, to finish product globalization design work.

6. 按照PDM要求管理产品的3D图纸并对3D模型图纸进行维护

   Manage 3D drawings of product per PDM management procedure, maintenance 3D Models according to responsibility.

7. 完成创建产品的完整设计文档

   Expected to create complete product documentation packages.

8. 完成其他交办的工作

Other duties as assigned.

任职资格：Qualifications

1、机械设计与制造等相关专业本科及以上Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design

2、较好的英语口语能力及书写能力 Good English verbal and written skills.

3、2-5 年及以上机械设计相关工作经验2-5 years working experience in mechanical design 净水产品或制冷类产品设计经验优先Preferred if design experience in refrigeration system or water treatment system

4、熟练掌握Solidworks软件 Proficient in Solidworks software

5、熟悉新产品开发流程，有独立开发设计过从概念阶段到量产的新产品开发全过程 熟悉新产品开发流程，有独立开发设计过从概念阶段到量产的新产品开发全过程 良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神，较强的自学能力。 Good communication skill, team working spirit and strong self-learning capability

6、熟悉常用五金材料特性及加工工艺，了解不锈钢成型展开、焊接、折弯、打磨等相关工艺。 Familiar with the characteristics of common materials and processing technology, understand the stainless steel forming and unfolding, welding, bending, grinding and other related processes.
