1. Serve as Project Manager reporting to Head of NSO Clinical Franchise China for assigned domestic/global projects for three (3) years, according to Client Standard Operating Procedures, ICH Guidelines and GCP Responsible for the successful conduct of assigned projects.
2. Serve as Project Manager for assigned Epidemiologic study. Liaise with senior management in the Project Management and Clinical Operations as well other Service Delivery Centers to ensure adequate resources are available for assigned projects.
3. Expect to establish network with KOLs/specialty experts and facilitate the study recruitment.

Required:
1. University/college degree (Neuroscience preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution, medical or so.
2. In lieu of the above requirement, candidates with two to three (2-3) or more years of relevant Clinical Project Manager experience in pharmaceutical, CRO industries or experience in a health care setting will be considered.
3. Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including a basic understanding of regulatory requirements in other countries.
4. Thorough understanding of the drug development process.
5. Fluent in in English, both written and verbal.
6. Preferred: Thorough knowledge of SOPs regarding site monitoring. Experience as a Clinical Project Manager, experienced/skills Minimum of two (2) years of clinical project management experience will be considered. In lieu of the above requirements, candidates with > five (5) years clinical research associate experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industries (including monitoring) will be considered.
7. One (1) or more Epidemiologic study experience is preferred.
8. Excellent project management skills with local/global project management experience.
9. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Good planning and organization skills.
10. Good computer skills with good working knowledge of a range of computer packages.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12. Ability to understand and work with financial information as well as experience predicting or estimating hours and resource levels. Ability to resolve project-related problems and prioritizes workload for self and team. Ability to work within a project team. Works efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment.
