职位描述

设立职位的目的：

根据部件尺寸和形状的要求，在WICAM设备中规划和输入程序。

关键职责：

· 确定加工说明

· 确定冲压操作和套料的顺序

· 选择所需的冲压工具

· 分析工作订单、图纸和蓝图

· 编写程序或修改现有程序

· 将指令转换为CAM程序

· 检查程序并运行模拟，以确保机器和程序正确运行，并且产品符合规范要求

· 协助和监督机器操作员

· 了解冲压和弯曲操作

· 能适应工作环境节奏快变化快的节奏

· 使用自动化存储系统

· 保持工作区域清洁有序

· 对细节给予高度关注，并专注于给定的任务

· 遵守公司的所有规章制度

· 遵守所有安全规则和质量标准

· 与团队成员合作，***限度地提高生产力和效率

教育背景及专业知识

大专以上学历

相关经验

5年以上相关工作经验

语言能力

基础英语：读、写、说（能参加英语电话会议）

英语口语和书面流利者优先

其他要求

1. 2年以上萨尔瓦尼P4或S4或类似机器的经验

2. 高中文凭或GED优先

3. 钣金行业的丰富背景

4. 了解工具和工具维护

5. 成熟的测量和数学分数/小数转换技能

6. 能够区分材料类型，包括铝、钢、不锈钢

7. 需要灵活的时间表；该职位需要轮班工作以及一些周末工作

8. 候选人必须是强有力的团队合作者

10. 能够阅读蓝图

11. AutoCAD基础知识

12. Trutop或Wicam编程经验

Position Objectives：

Plans and enters programs into Wicam equipment as per requirement of the size and shape of the component.

Key Responsibilities：

· Determines machining instructions

· Determines the sequence of punching operations and nesting

· Chooses the punching tools needed

· Analyzes the job orders, drawings and blueprints

· Writes programs or modifies existing programs

· Translates instructions into CAM program

· Checks the program and runs a simulation to ensure that machines and programs operate correctly and that the products meet specifications

· Assists and supervises machine operators

· Knowledge about punching and bending operation.

· Work in a fast paced environment with fast changing priorities.

· Work with automated storage system.

· Keep work area clean and organized.

· Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.

· Follow all company rules and policies.

· Follow all safety rules and quality standards.

· Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Position Qualification Requirement：

Education & Professional Background

junior college or above

Relevant Experience

More than 5 years of relevant experience

Language Skills

Basic English: read, write and speak (be able to participate English conference call)

Fluent in both oral & written English is preferred

Other Requirement

1. 2+ years of experience on Salvagnini P4 or S4 or similar machines.

2. High school diploma or GED is preferred.

3. Solid background working with sheet metal.

4. Knowledge of tooling and tool maintenance.

5. Proven measurement and mathematical fraction/decimal conversion skills.

6. Ability to distinguish material types including Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel.

7. Flexible schedule is required; this position requires shift work as well as some weekend work.

8. Candidate has to be a strong team player.

9. Candidate has to be reliable.

10. Ability to read blueprints

11. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD

12. TruTops or WiCam programming experience

13. Needs to be trained approx. 1 to 2 month in Beijing
