Role and Responsibility:
? Help defining and designing Communication Software Solutions for Avaya customers.
? Be act as a key contributor in a complex/critical environment and a source of technical expertise to others in its area.
? Explain difficult concepts to a variety of audiences and ensure the meaning is understood.
? Create formal networks internally and externally.
? Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by local management.
? Provide solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
Specific Knowledge, Application, Technical and/or Management Skills required:
- Bachelor Degree in computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent with 5-10 years related experience.
- Previous experience as Software Architect or Software Developer on software/communication solutions for finance and/or contact center verticals.
- Previous experience with SIP technologies, Voice Applications and SOA - Service Oriented Architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodology and/or Rational Unified Process as well as Software Project Management
- Experience with Java, .NET, Perl, Scala, C/C++ development, etc.
-Fluent English and Mandarin.
-Good entrepreneurial skill; verbal and presentation skills; interpersonal skill; attention to details and ability to work in environments with challenging requirements and timelines.
