职位描述
Powertrain System Testing Engineer
Key Responsibility description:
1. Powertrain release
-Organizing powertrain related testing to ensure maturity level for R&D release
2. Tracking and controlling
-Tracking, controlling and working on powertrain related NVH topics --> Interface/cooperation to/with NVH responsible engineer
-Tracking, controlling and working on solutions regarding overall vehicle thermal issues (TAG) --> Interface/cooperation to/with to TAG responsible engineer
3. Tuning and performance conducting
-Regeneration tuning --> evaluation, problem solving, implementation in cooperation w. all involved Dept. and Suppliers
-Conducting performance, consumption and efficiency measurements (test track, test bench as well as dyno)
4. cooperation
-strong cooperation w. component engineers and suppliers in order to assure that all overall vehicle requests concerning the powertrain are fulfilled and considered.
5. Organizing,monitoring and cooperation
-Documentation and tracking of open powertrain issues in 4Testing
-Organizing and monitoring of necessary powertrain related updates of PT's and CV's
6. Presentation
-Preparation and presentation of test samples (HW/SW) in order to get management directions or decision to improve powertrain related topics
7. Evaluation
-Evaluation of drivability of the powertrain in the overall vehicle from customer perspective --> initiating necessary measures in cooperation with supplier and responsible engineers
Requirements:
1. Education
-Bachelor degree
2. Experience (type of)
-At least 2year experience in e-powertrain system (e-motor, transmission and e-motor controller)
3. Specific knowledge/skills
-good English skills
-good presentation skills
-good network to internal suppliers
