Compressor and PTC System Engineer

Key Responsibility description:

1. Components requirement definition
-Make proposals base on configuration list, safety, regulations, performance requirement, etc.
-Make a development schedule base on the vehicle project master schedule
-Define each ECU's software logic comply with vehicle operation strategy.
-Define component specifications within limit of regulations, engineering standards and project requirement
-Define the performance targets and track their fulfilment.
-Define testing standard and test procedure based on system and vehicle level requirement.
2. System design
-Package and integration design to vehicle
-3D data design together with supplier within limit of styling requirement, function and performance requirement, vehicle space.
-electrical principle and high voltage safety design
-design control logic and communication protocol based on function requirement.
3. Supplier development process management
-Manage supplier development process, communicate with supplier to improve component design to fulfill component requirement
4. Design and development validation
-Make function test outline based on specification
-Validate design by involving in component test and vehicle test to assure design can fulfill all requirements
-Modify and perfect specification according to required change


Requirements:

1. Education
-Bachelor degree in Electrical or automotive engineering
2. Experience (type of)
-Minimum 3 years engineering experience in related working area
3. Specific knowledge/skills
-Good knowledge of automotive electrical appliance and electronic engineering
-Good knowledge and experience of electrical compressor and PTC theory and development.
-Good CAD software skills (CATIA, AutoCAD)
-Good office software skills(work, excel, PPT etc.)
-Good communication in English.
