职位描述
Accessory Engineer
Key Responsibility description:
1. Component Design and Development
-Coordinate with styling and other related departments to define the technical scheme and design 3D data; communicate with supplier on manufacture feasibility and modify the data according to CAE analysis, and test results and supplier's feedback in order to provide feasible data for production.
2. Component Requirement Definition
-Compile the specification book(including dimission,weight, material, performance and test etc.) and BOM (bill of material) etc. for corresponding products within limit of regulations and project targeted requirements in order to complete component description.
3. Supplier Management
-Monitor supplier's development schedule and progress, hold regular meeting with supplier to solve the problems occurred in order to ensure the product quality and on-time delivery.
4. Reporting / Information Exchange
-Regular status report to the management; prepare materials for meetings; share and exchange information within department in order to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.
5. Cross
-function Work -Support and coordinate with other related department, share technical information, get mutual understanding and alignment in order to ensure the project can be accomplished successfully within the schedule.
Requirements:
1. Education
-Bachelor degree (or above) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, high polymer, chemical engineering.
2. Experience (type of)
-Minimum 3 years design experience in automobile industry.
3. Specific knowledge/skills
-Good knowledge of CAD, CATIA, fluent English.
