1. Research, study and interpret market trends and latest printing techniques from a design perspective and seasonal global design directions and brand image which informed by leader.

2. Proactively take part in competitor stores / market visits with Merchandising team and apparel designers regularly.

3. Develop concept, artwork and sample to support design presentations, product launch events.

4. Develop artwork and tech packs for Production & GIS Sourcing teams,vendors to produce mock up and trim samples which relevant to the request approved by project leader.

5. Support sample review and for graphic execution, color achievement and placement on products.

6. Ensure efficient interaction & communication are maintain within the Product Development team.

7. Assist Design team to complete and update the style posters which show the development progress of the season.

 任职要求：

1. 3+years of related professional experience.

2. Exposure and interests on OUTDOOR SPORT product categories are preferred.

3. Computer/Software Applications: Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat DC in WINDOW format. Also with understanding on Microsoft office softwares, ie. Words, Excel, Powerpoint.

4. Knowledge of apparel graphic design process: from concept development through production.

5. Strong Team player with adaptive and open mind attitude.

6. Detail-minded, and with good sense in color usage, organization and filing skills.

7. Demonstrated ability and willing to work collaboratively within a team. Result oriented.

8. Must have a track record in executing tasks/projects within fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

9. Exercises personal professionalism and sense of accountability.

10. Possess a strong apparel graphic design portfolio. (Brief portfolio is requested when apply) .
