Job Responsibility:

1.Training, Guidance and Support to GSH Customer
- Parts policy training
- Parts product and knowledge training
- Sales skill training
- GSH Customer parts performance improvement (Stock Planning, Sales...)
- Problem solving for GSH Customer

2. Brand promotion and customer visit
- Visit customer and promote Case brand parts sales
- Deliver Genuine Parts feature to customer and retain the customer
- Problem solving for customer
- Customer voice collection

3. Market Activities
- Competitor sales price research
- Copied parts origin and price research
- Pirate parts attach plan
- New sales/purchase opportunity identification

4. Daily sales activities
- Provide Quotation and inform delivery period to GSH Customer
- Order confirmation from GSH Customer and place order in SAP timely
- Coordinate with Logistics and Finance team to ensure on-time delivery of parts and invoice to dealer and end users

5. Other task assigned by Supervisor

Qualified:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or
relevant discipline
2. At least 3 years parts experience in Mechanical industry
3. Experience in Pump industry is highly favorable
4. Experience with SAP is highly favorable
5. Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese
and English
