Acquire in-depth knowledge of all KANTHAL product offerings, current markets, value propositions and competitors

Identify trend setting ideas relating to KANTHAL core competence by researching specific industries, events, publications and announcements

Screen potential development ideas by analyzing market attractiveness, potential, risks, competitor analysis and potential investment requirements

Communicate potential ideas to various levels of the organization

Ensure efficient/effective marketing, advertising & promotional planning for new business opportunities in conjunction with Kanthal Marketing Department

Investigate and Focus on new applications in which heating technology can be used, implemented and developed

Establish and manage business development and business partner management activities.

Responsible for product and application development process.

Work closely with both internal and external parties to frame and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth.

Responsible for pricing strategy for new product segments.

Responsible for input data and analysis of critical business information regarding competitors and market trends.
