1、熟悉搜索引擎优化SEO/SEM策略，搜索排名技术如Google、Baidu、 搜狗，360 的排名因素;

2、门户网站的优化，关注SEO动向，适应搜索引擎变化，评估分析网站关键词，提升网站排名;

3、落实网站优化计划，提出合理的优化方案，增加网站的流量和知名度;

4、熟练使用各种网络推广手段如BBS、软文、贴吧、微信、知道、问答平台、百度文章;

5、结合公司的产品和业务，分析网站日志、流量分析等站长工具，制定出网站优化排名的整体解决文案，使搜索

排名能够稳步靠前;

6、熟悉搜索引擎原理及网站优化流程，操作过站群，有成功案例;

7、具备良好的网络在线互动、沟通能力，在线挖掘客户信息;

8、负责公司网站及其他行业网站，微信公众号日常运营

9、负责400服务电话的接听及记录

10、熟悉Salesforce和Eloqua系统优先考虑
