What are my responsibilities?

1. Maintain and independently repair the existing test machine and update the WI to keep the machine stabilization. Make out and follow up the maintenance plan and the calibration plan on time.

维护和能够独立维修存在的测试设备，更新作业指导书，保持设备稳定运行。制定并按照维护和校准计划按时完成工作任务;

2. Find out the root cause of the test machine and production and follow-up the PCN, Support production team to finish the order on time.

发现测试设备和产品的根本问题，执行工艺通知，支持生产部门按时完成订单;

3. Buy the spare part and management them and build up safety stock of spare part to repair the machine in time.

购买各种备件，并且管理好备件，建立安全库存，及时维修测试设备;

4. Take responsibility for continually improving the test machine to improve the FPY and the productivity.

负责持续提高测试设备，从而提高产品的合格率和生产效率;

5. Take responsibility to update the test system to keep the test machine be updated according to the product updat.

负责更新测试系统，从而能够根据产品更新完成测试系统更新;

6. Train and lead the line leaders and the technician to improve their ability about the test system.

培训并引导生产线组长和技术员关于测试系统，提高他们的能力;

7. Budget estimation based on the existing machine maintenance and improvement to keep the machine running smoothly.

做出存在的设备维护和提高的预算评估，从而保证设备平稳地运行。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor or above degree in major of engineering, automation etc.

2. Be familiar with production process and testing solid experience;

3. Be able to Maintain and independently repair the existing test machine;

4. Good command on cross-functional communication and management skills;

5. Deep understanding of process, testing, qualitycontrolexperience are preferable.

6. Good command on English communication skill.
