工作职责：

1、进行日常的Helpdesk工作：计算机相关软、硬件的故障诊断，排错和升级；

2、完成关于操作系统、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络等方面的安装、配置、备份、和故障排除；

3、Windows XP、Windows 7操作系统，Office 2010、Outlook等常见软件技术支持；执行周期性的系统备份工作

4、IT 相关固定资产统计管理工作；

5、对外地用户提供远程技术支持服务

6、定期完成公司要求的各类IT报告

7、完成总部IT下达的各项工作任务；

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，丰富的计算机硬件、软件和网络等知识；

2、有丰富的Windows XP 、Windows 7操作系统环境下故障处理的经验；精通 Office 2010等常用办公软件能借准确判断并排除各类软、硬件故障，能够独立解决终端用户在使用PC过程中出现的各种IT问题；

3、优秀的英文书写与听说能力；

4、对服务器与网络设备进行维护并解决故障；

5、有CRM系统实施经验者优先；

6、普通话标准，有较强的沟通能力和服务意识；良好的工作责任心，学习能力强；

7、有一定的文字表达能力；

8、计算机相关专业专科以上学历；

9、有3年以上IT管理和维护经历；

10、动手能力强，服务意识强，能承受较大工作压力；

11、做事细心、严谨、有条理性，具有极强的责任心和敬业精神；

12、具有较强的时间管理能力，良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神；

13、具有解决复杂问题的能力，具备独立工作能力及良好的工作推进能力和极强的执行力；

14、及时、准确、圆满、出色的完成本职工作以及领导交给的其它工作。
